【流感嗜血桿菌相關(guān)知識(shí)】

流感嗜血桿菌分類為兩類，即莢膜菌株及沒有莢膜的菌株。雖然已知莢膜類的乙型流感嗜血桿菌（或是b型流感嗜血桿菌，簡稱HiB）是毒性的主因之一，但感染流感嗜血桿菌的病因卻仍未*清楚。它們的莢膜能幫助它們抵抗在沒有免疫的寄主體內(nèi)的吞噬作用及不觸發(fā)補(bǔ)體介導(dǎo)的裂解。沒有莢膜的菌株則較少侵略性，但它們能誘發(fā)炎癥而產(chǎn)生其他病癥，如會(huì)厭炎。

蟲體逐漸生長 ，中間細(xì)胞溶解形成空腔并充滿液體，約經(jīng)10周發(fā)育為成熟尾蚴 豬體內(nèi)的尾蚴以肌肉zui多，其中以股內(nèi)側(cè)肌為zui多成熟尾蚴呈橢 圓形，約20mm×11mm．，乳白色半透明。人誤食入生的或半生的 帶尾蚴的病豬肉后在胃內(nèi)尾蚴壁被消化，在十二指腸內(nèi)尾蚴頭節(jié) 外翻，固著于小腸壁發(fā)育為成蟲，約2～3個(gè)月后糞便中即可發(fā)現(xiàn) 蟲卵(圖1)。成蟲在人體內(nèi)大約可存活25年左右。人有時(shí)也可因食 入被蟲卵污染的食物或在驅(qū)蟲時(shí)節(jié)片反流到咽部而被吞下造成攝 入蟲卵。蟲卵在人體內(nèi)亦可發(fā)育為尾蚴而罹患豬尾蚴病，當(dāng)尾蚴 寄生在人重要臟器如腦、眼等處則可危及生命或造成嚴(yán)重?fù)p害。 發(fā)病機(jī)制豬帶絳蟲成蟲致病情況與牛帶絳蟲相似，但由于豬帶絳 蟲頭節(jié)具有小鉤對腸黏膜損傷較重，甚至可穿透腸壁引起腹膜炎 。成蟲也可移行到腸外造成異位寄生。但人體如患豬蟲病則常有 顯著病理改變與免疫反應(yīng)。

Adults can also migrate to the intestine causing ectopic parasitism. However, humans with porcine porcine disease often have significant pathological changes and immune reactions.
