尾蚴為卵圓形、乳白色、半透明的泡，頭節(jié)凹陷在泡內(nèi)，可見 有小鉤及吸盤。此種具尾蚴的肉俗稱為米粒肉或豆肉。這種豬肉 被人吃了后，如果尾蚴未被殺死，在12指腸中其頭節(jié)自內(nèi)翻出， 借小鉤及吸盤附著于腸壁上，經(jīng)2～3個月后發(fā)育成熟。成蟲壽命 較長，據(jù)稱有的可活25年以上。此外，人誤食豬帶絳蟲蟲卵，也 可在肌肉、皮下、腦、眼等部位發(fā)育成尾蚴。其感染的方式有： 經(jīng)口誤食被蟲卵污染的食物、水及蔬菜等，或已有該蟲寄生，經(jīng) 被污染的手傳入口中，或由于腸之逆蠕動（惡心嘔吐）將脫落的 孕卵節(jié)片返入胃中，其情形與食入大量蟲卵一樣。由此可知．人 不僅是豬帶絳蟲的終寄主也可為其中間寄主。豬帶絳蟲病可引起 患者消化不良、腹痛、腹瀉、失眠、乏力、頭痛，兒童可影響發(fā) 育。豬尾蚴如寄生在人腦的部位，可引起癲痛、陣發(fā)性昏迷、嘔 吐、循環(huán)與呼吸紊亂；寄生在肌肉與皮下組織，可出現(xiàn)局部肌肉 酸痛或麻木；寄生在眼的任何部位可引起視力障礙，甚至失明。 此蟲為世界性分布，但感染率不高，我國也有分布。豬帶絳蟲病 在中國廣泛分布，各地均有散發(fā)病例在東北與華東較牛帶絳蟲病 多見，其比例為8∶1與7.1∶1，感染率由不足1%到15.2%。在云 南、河南、黑龍江、吉林廣西壯族自治區(qū)等地均有地方性流行。 傳染源感染豬帶絳蟲成蟲的人是本病的傳染源在中國農(nóng)村豬仍以 分散飼養(yǎng)為主豬常在圈外活動覓食，故誤吞入人糞中豬帶絳蟲節(jié) 片或蟲卵機會較多。
