主要的臨床表現(xiàn)均由于幼蟲的移行造成。診斷1．病原診斷主要依靠從糞便、痰、尿或腦積液中檢獲幼蟲或培養(yǎng)出絲狀蚴為確診依據(jù)。由于患者有間歇性排蟲現(xiàn)象，故應(yīng)多次反復(fù)進(jìn)行檢查。滴加盧戈氏碘液，可使幼蟲顯現(xiàn)棕黃色。在腹瀉患者的糞便中也可檢出蟲卵。2．免疫診斷用ELISA法檢測(cè)患者血清中特異性抗體，對(duì)輕、中度感染者，具有較好的輔助診斷價(jià)值。3．其他檢查作胃和十二指腸液引流查病原體，對(duì)胃腸糞類圓線蟲病診斷的價(jià)值大于糞檢。分布：熱帶、亞熱帶及溫帶和寒帶地區(qū)，呈散發(fā)感染我國(guó)主要流行于南部地區(qū)，海南省zui高人感染主要與土壤中的絲狀蚴接觸所致幼蟲對(duì)外界抵抗力較弱，故流行不嚴(yán)重流行因素與鉤蟲相似加強(qiáng)糞便與水源管理以及做好個(gè)人防護(hù)；應(yīng)注意避免發(fā)生自身感染，使用激素類藥物和免疫抑制劑前，應(yīng)作常規(guī)檢查；對(duì)犬、貓也應(yīng)進(jìn)行檢查和治療。治療糞類圓線蟲病的驅(qū)蟲藥物有阿苯達(dá)唑或噻苯達(dá)唑、噻嘧啶和左旋咪唑也可。引發(fā)病癥糞類圓線蟲病（strongyloisesstercoralis）是有世代交替的兼性寄生蟲，它的自生世代在地面泥土上進(jìn)行，寄生世代在人體內(nèi)進(jìn)行。
