4.先天性顯性梅毒
（1）早期先天梅毒 患兒出生時即瘦小，出生后3周出現(xiàn)癥狀,全身淋巴結(jié)腫大，無粘連、無痛、質(zhì)硬。多有梅毒性鼻炎。出生后約6周出現(xiàn)皮膚損害，呈水皰-大皰型皮損（梅毒性天皰瘡）或斑丘疹、丘疹鱗屑性損害。可發(fā)生骨軟骨炎、骨膜炎。多有肝、脾腫大。血小板減少和貧血。可發(fā)生神經(jīng)梅毒。不發(fā)生硬下疳。
（2）晚期先天梅毒 發(fā)生在2歲以后。一類是早期病變所致的骨、齒、眼、神經(jīng)及皮膚的*性損害，如馬鞍鼻、郝秦森齒等，無活動性。另一類是仍具活動性損害所致的臨床表現(xiàn)，如角膜炎、神經(jīng)性耳聾、神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)表現(xiàn)異常、腦脊液變化、肝脾腫大、鼻或顎樹膠腫、關(guān)節(jié)積水、骨膜炎、指炎及皮膚黏膜損害等。
5.先天潛伏梅毒
生于患梅毒的母親，未經(jīng)治療，無臨床表現(xiàn)，但梅毒血清反應(yīng)陽性，年齡小于2歲者為早期先天潛伏梅毒，大于2歲者為晚期先天潛伏梅毒。
4.動物接種

有間接血凝法，ELISA（酶聯(lián)免疫吸附實驗）法、酶標-SPA法、熒光免疫法等，用以檢測血清中的各種抗體，特別是莢膜抗體及血清抗毒性抗體，一般用于回顧性診斷和流行病學(xué)調(diào)查之用。阿斯可里沉淀試驗，對已細菌或干涸的標本，作細菌培養(yǎng)有困難時可采用本試驗。如患者、病畜的病灶痂皮、尸體組織及血液、染菌的皮毛及其制品等標本，加水經(jīng)煮沸或高壓提出抗原成分與炭疽沉淀素血清作環(huán)狀沉淀試驗，以間接證明有無炭疽桿菌感染，但本法常出現(xiàn)一些假陽性，對其結(jié)果判定應(yīng)慎重。
