TBS 配制方法：
先以少量雙蒸水溶解NaCl，再加入Tris-HCl 緩沖液，zui后加雙蒸水至1000ml，充分搖勻。
3、枸櫞酸鹽緩沖液（Citrate buffer）：
3.1 儲(chǔ)存液：
A. 0.1M 枸櫞酸溶液：稱取21.01g 枸櫞酸（C6H8O7?H20）溶于1000ml蒸餾水中。
B. 0.1M 枸櫞酸鈉溶液：稱取29.41g 枸櫞酸鈉（C6H5Na3O7?2H20）溶于1000ml蒸餾水中。
3.2 工作液：
取9ml A 液和41ml B 液加入450ml蒸餾水中，溶液pH 值應(yīng)為6.0±0.1
4、胰酶（Trypsin）：
4.1 ZLI-9011 胰蛋白酶消化液：
常用濃度為0.125%，即使用前將一滴試劑1胰酶溶液和三滴試劑2胰酶稀釋液均勻混合（1:3稀釋），則可直接滴加使用。胰酶的zui終濃度可以根據(jù)使用者的要求進(jìn)行調(diào)整，濃度范圍可以從0.05%（1:10稀釋）至0.25%（1:1 稀釋）。
4.2 ZLI-9010 胰蛋白酶：
取0.05g 或0.1g胰蛋白酶加入到100ml 0.05%或0.1% pH7.8 的無水氯化鈣水溶液中，溶解即可。
5、胃酶（Pepsin）：
4%胃蛋白酶，用0.1mol/L HCL 配制。

3.1 storage solution:

B. 0.1M sodium citrate solution: Weigh 29.41g sodium citrate (C6H5Na3O7 2H20?) Was dissolved in 1000ml of distilled water.
3.2 working solution:
Take 9ml A solution and 41ml B solution was added to 450ml of distilled water, the solution pH value should be 6.0 ± 0.1
4, trypsin (Trypsin):
4.1 ZLI-9011 trypsin digestion solution:
Commonly used concentration of 0.125%, that is, before using a drop of reagent 1 trypsin solution and three drops of reagent 2 pancreatin diluent evenly mixed (1: 3 dilution), you can drop directly use. The final concentration of trypsin can be adjusted to the user's requirements, the concentration may range from 0.05% (diluted 1:10) from 0.25% to (1: 1 dilution).
4.2 ZLI-9010 trypsin:
Take 0.05g or 0.1g trypsin added to 100ml 0.05% or 0.1% of an aqueous 7.8 calcium chloride solution, can dissolve.
5, Pepsin:
4% pepsin, formulated with 0.1 mol / L HCL.
