對于保健專業(yè)人員，包括護理點的專業(yè)人員

僅用于專業(yè)體外診斷。

尿液樣本必須收集在干凈，干燥的容器中。 可以使用在一天中的任何時間收集的尿液。 顯示可見顆粒的尿液樣本應該離心，過濾或者讓其沉降以獲得清晰的樣本進行測試。

標本儲存
測試前，尿液標本可以在2-8°C保存長達48小時。 對于長期儲存，標本可能被凍結(jié)并儲存在-20°C以下。 測試前應將冷凍標本解凍并混勻。

3.等待彩色線條出現(xiàn)。 結(jié)果應在5分鐘后讀取。 10分鐘后不要解釋結(jié)果。

INTERPRETATION OF RESULTS

負面：*顯示兩行。 一條彩色線應該在控制區(qū)域（C），另一條明顯的彩色線應該在測試區(qū)域（T）。 該陰性結(jié)果表明AMP濃度低于可檢測水平（1,000 ng / mL）。

*注意：測試線區(qū)域（T）的顏色陰影會有所不同，但是每當有微弱的線條時，總是應該將其視為負值。

正面：控制區(qū)域（C）出現(xiàn)一條彩色線條。 測試區(qū)域（T）不出現(xiàn)任何線條。 該陽性結(jié)果表明AMP-濃度超過可檢測水平（1,000 ng / mL）。

無效：控制線無法顯示。 標本體積不足或不正確的程序技術(shù)是控制線失敗的zui可能的原因。 查看程序并使用新的測試設(shè)備重復測試。 如果問題仍然存在，請立即停止使用該批次，并您當?shù)氐慕?jīng)銷商。
